We have for a number of years, offered the chance for young people to become involved within the industry, normally school leavers, college graduates and any young person with the right aptitude for work.

This normally results in a qualified tradesperson, secure employment, and a wide range of knowledge within the industry.

Further education is available with the local colleges. This can either be offered part time or evenings, depending on availability. We normally access any candidate and advise on courses and work with colleges on student development.

We normally employ 1 - 2 candidates for college and on the job training per year, so space can be limited.

Good opportunities normally are hard to come by, however we do our best to offer any potential employees any training and education that is available to them.
